We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the past few months. On the 23rd of March we were ordered like many other businesses to close our doors due to the threat of Coronavirus. We would like to thank our staff for helping the business conduct this closure in a controlled manner.
We have been able to start rebuilding our aftersales operation over the past few weeks and are pleased to announce in accordance with the latest government update, we can open our Sales Departments from Monday 8th June. We have no doubt the time of lockdown has been very different for everyone. For some, a time to relax & enjoy with family, others a time to reflect & plan, however some people may now be facing financial hardship and there are many who are grieving for lost loved ones. Whatever your plans for the coming days, weeks & months are - we will as always be aiming to bring you the best value in new and used cars and provide an exceptional aftersales experience, but if there is anything more we can do we would like to help.
Please note our opening hours have been reduced to 9:00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 12.00pm on Saturday (Sales only - Parts & Service closed Sat) appointments outside of these opening times will be offered where possible.
We now have a skeleton team in place to facilitate the re-opening of the business we hope to see the return of all our staff as soon as the demand for our products and services dictates. We have introduced some new procedures throughout the business to ensure the safety of everyone.
General Procedures
Aftersales Procedures
We ask that you arrive as close to the time of your appointment as possible to avoid queuing, the drop off point is located as soon as you enter the building, you have no need to enter the main service reception (upstairs) unless you have booked a waiting appointment.
Sales Procedures
We are encouraging customers to register their interest in new and used vehicles and offers online, one of our sales team will contact you to arrange an appointment, on arrival we will do a static demonstration and quotation ahead of an unaccompanied test drive. If a customer arrives without an appointment, we will endeavour to assist you as soon as possible but priority will be given to customers with appointments.
